Purpose:
The Memorial Club in Little Oakley is a well
used facility by not only residents of Little Oakley but the
surrounding areas. The carpark and entrance road is used by people
using the football ground and other sporting events, along with dog
walkers, and the numerous clubs and events that take place in the
Memorial Hall.
Decision:
To release £16224.60 S106 money to
Little Oakley Memorial Club, for the resurfacing of entrance road
to the carpark
Alternative options considered:
To not allocate funds and return to the
developer.
