To approve the change in a project for E16 for year 3 of the UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF)

Reasons for the decision:

UKSPF funding is an allocation from Government which lasts for 3 years, with 2024/25 being the final year. It is therefore imperative that all funding is allocated and spent in this financial year as there is no further opportunity to carry funding forward.
