Due to development in Elmstead Market some S106 money has become available to make improvements to the only play area in Elmstead Market. As this is the currently the only play facility it is well used and now in need of improvements.

Decision:

To release Section 106 money to Tendring District Council for improvements to the play area at Old School Lane, Elmstead Market.

Alternative options considered:

If not allocated for improvements, will need to be returned to the devleoper.
