To initiate the Property Dealing Procedure in relation to the potential acquisition of a town centre site in Clacton-on-Sea, identified as part of the Levelling Up Partnership.

To facilitate further informed decisions on the valuation, and potential negotiations and other investigations on potentially acquiring the site.
To inform appraising the feasibility of the project as part of the wider Partnership funding programme, to ensure best use of the available funding for regeneration within Clacton-on-Sea town centre.
