To formally appoint, and to sign the contract with, Amethyst Horticulture Limited for the supply of bedding plants to the Council on a three-year contract with an option for a one-year extension.

In order to provide a supplier of bedding plants for the Council.

Following the completion of the previous contract and with the assurances given no other options were considered.
