Decision:

To appoint existing supplier to undertake annual printing and distribution of annual Council Tax Bills for 2019/20 only

Alternative options considered:

Undertake separate procurement exercise - this was discounted given the significant reputational risk with the existing supplier having undertaken the work to a good standard in the past. A wider procurement exercise will be undertaken in future years as necessary.
