Purpose:

Due to the amount development in St Osyth it has become necessary to increase the play provision. The Parish Council have started to create a new play area in St Osyth when funds become available. The money will be used to provide further play equipment.

Decision:

To release S106 money to St Osyth Parish Council for the installation of some new play equipment at the play area at Priory Meadow.

Alternative options considered:

The only alternative would be return the money to the developer.
