There is currently only one play area in Little Clacton and following a lot of development in the area it has become necessary to increase the provision. The Parish Council have recently installed a Multi use ball court at Plough Corner and they now wish to install some play equipment along with an outside gym.

To release S106 money to Little Clacton Parish Council for the installation of some new play equipment and outside gym.

The only other option for the contribution would be to turn the money to the developer.
