Great Bentley Parish Council would like to release £75k from developer contributions held. This would be used to increase the provision for the older children and teenagers by installation outdoor fitness equipment. Following a lot of development in the village the play area at Heckfords Road has seen a big increase in users. And the provision for teenagers is currently very limited, the installation of this equipment will reduce the need to travel outside the village.

To release S106 developer contribution to Gt Bentley Parish Council for the installation of outside fitness equipment.

The only other option would be to return the money to the developer.
