To extend the existing Service Level Agreement with Essex County Council for a further 6 months to allow the Essex Procurement Partnership Agreement to be completed.

The Procurement Partnership Agreement has been drafted and been consulted upon with the Partners (TDC’s Assistant Director has responded however, there are still some minor details to be resolved).  Reports are expected to be taken through decision making at the other Councils in June/July time.  A further 6 months will allow this process to be concluded and the transition to take place.

There are no additional budgetary implications at this time, as the extension of the SLA is within existing budgets.

Not extending the SLA, but this would leave TDC without procurement.
