In order to redivert the electricity supply
for the new properties on the Honeycroft redevelopment, UK Power
Networks require a Wayleave Agreement signed by TDC for permission
to run the supply through the land owned by TDC that isn't part of
the public highway.
To sign and complete the Wayleave Agreement
for the electricity supply to the new properties on the Honeycroft
development, Lawford.
To not sign and complete the agreement, which
would mean that the new properties would not get an electricity
supply.
