complainant.

To pay a complainant the sum of £250
following the Ombudsman’s investigation (reference 22016869).
In recognition of the avoidable frustration and inconvenience
caused to them.
Alternative options considered:
The non-payment of the proposed sum was not
considered as this was a request received from the
Ombudsman.
