Following consultation with the Portfolio Holder, fees and charges have been agreed for 2024/2025

To agree the Schedule of Fees and Charges 2024/25 for Operations and Delivery / Building and Public Realm / Property and Projects / Beach huts as set out in the attached Appendix.

Option 1 - To raise fees and charges by 10% in accordance with the advice received last year and included within the Beach Hut Strategy - The Portfolio Holder decided he did not wish to raise the fees by 10% and would prefer 7% more in line with inflation
Option 2 - Not to raise fees and charges - with the current financial climate and the large number of projects to be carried out on the seafront that have a direct impact on beach hut owners, this is not financially viable.
