To enable appointments to be made to certain Outside Bodies.

(2)  The Haven Gateway Partnership Board

(3)  Campaign to Protect Rural Essex

(4)  Tendring Transport Liaison Board

(5)  North Essex Economic Board

(6)  PATROL (Parking and Traffic Regulations Outside London) Adjudication Joint Committee

(7)  Tendring Community Transport

 

In accordance with the attached report for the period to May 2027.

Reasons for the decision:

To have appropriate representation on the outside bodies referenced to support the Council taking forward its priorities and receive information to ensure the Committee has a formal mechanism to support collaboration with the Council.

Alternative options considered:

To not make the appointments – this was discounted in view of the benefit to  the Council/Organisation and the wider community derived from the appointments.
