Following development in Lawford, developer contribution has become available to upgrade the play area at School Lane, this is to cope with additional use of the area. Portfolio Holder concurs with this decision.

Decision:

To release Section 106 money to Lawford Parish Council for the upgrade to safety surfacing at the play area at School Lane, Lawford.

Alternative options considered:

The only alternative to not allocating the funds is to return them to the developer.
