Approve the exemption from Procurement Procedure rules to enable the procurement of the East of England Local Government Association to provide consultancy support up to a value of £100,000

Reasons for the decision:

The engagement of EELGA to provide consultancy capacity that will significantly support officers and the Waste Board to ensure the successful delivery of the renewal of the waste and street sweeping contracts by 2026. This will be achieved by providing project management support as well as independent expert advice.
