A)For the Football Foundation’s Framework Alliance Contract , specifically the Joining Agreement to be sealed as required by the Football Foundation.
B)To sign the Land Registry form RX1 allowing the Football Foundation to enter a restriction against Tendring District Council’s Freehold Title Register in favour of the Football Foundation.
