Historically, there is a strict no refund policy implemented by all theatres; this can sometimes lead to customer dissatisfaction.
It should be noted that this is an optional service and in no way is it to be deemed compulsory.
The final purchase decision will reside entirely with the customer at point of purchase.

To provide an additional safeguard for theatre customers it has been decided that the Princes Theatre, in line with an increasing number of theatres across the country, offer optional insurance on tickets purchased.

Option 1 - Not to offer this service. This will result in the continuation of a no refund policy and customer disgruntlement.
Option 2 - To offer the option of ticket insurance as a service to the Princes theatre customers (Chosen option)
