Purpose:

In accordance with the Council's Procurement Procedure Rules, we purpose to accept the tender quotation from Kompan Ltd and enter into a contract with them. To carryout the installation of a new play area at Tokely Road, Frating.

1.the installation of new play equipment at Tokely Road, Frating; and
2.the appointment of Kompan Limited as the contractor following a procurement exercise
