Decision:

a)         Agree that the Council should accept 15 original artworks offered by Mr Laurence Blackwell;

 

b)         Authorise the Deputy Chief Executive to enter into a legal agreement with the artist on such terms that he considers appropriate;

 

c)         Authorise the framing and interpretation of the works using existing revenue budgets;

 

d)         Authorise the Deputy Chief Executive to display the artwork in various rooms as the office transformation work is completed.

To accept, frame, interpret and display original artworks offered by the artist.
