To enable a member of TDC’s Cabinet to be appointed to serve on the TCBGC Joint Committee.
To appoint Councillor Mike Bush as the member of the Cabinet to serve on the Tendring Colchester Borders Garden Community Joint Committee.
In order to comply with Annual Council’s request and also the decision taken at the meeting of the Full Council held on 30 November 2021(Minute 93 refers).
Not to appoint a Cabinet Member representative – however, this was discarded at it would have meant non-compliance with a Full Council decision.
