The organisation's existing e-learning system
is unable to provide the level of support required and is not
providing best value. The decision was made to end the contract
when due for renewal and to work with ECC to undertake a full
procurement exercise. Following completion of procurement programme
to identify new LMS e-learning provider a suitable provider has
been identified and the decision has been made to award
contract.
To award the e-learning system contract to
Skillgate.
Option 1 - Continue with existing system
Option 2 - Not have an elearning system
Option 3 - Undertake procurement to appoint a new provider
