Weeley Parish Council would like to work with
Essex Wildlife Trust and Weeley in Bloom to improve and manage the
open space in Second Avenue Weeley.
The Licence enables the Parish Council to take responsibility for
this open space in order to proceed with the plans to create an
enhanced space for the local community.
To grant a Licence to the Weeley Parish
Council over the open space in Second Avenue, Weeley.
Option 1 - to refuse the Licence and continue
to manage the open space ourselves.
