To agree terms for the freehold disposal of
land situated to the front and rear of Leng Court, Windmill Park,
Clacton-on-Sea, at the request of the purchaser in order to allow
them to grant necessary right to their tenants.
The land in question is currently landlocked and the purchaser
could apply for a possessory title in respect of the land. It is
therefore recommended to proceed with the freehold disposal on the
terms set out in the Part A and Part B Reports.
To agree terms for the freehold disposal of
land situated to the front and rear of Leng Court, Windmill Park,
Clacton-on-Sea.
Option 1 - To proceed with the freehold
disposal and to allow the purchaser to grant necessary rights to
their tenants.
Option 2 - To not proceed with the freehold disposal and be left
with land that is landlocked. The purchaser could apply for
possessory title.
