To accept the quotation from Carparison Limited for four new and replacement fleet vehicles.

Reasons for the decision:

The vehicles allow the Council to provide its day-to-day maintenance services across the Tendring District.

Alternative options considered:

The vehicles being replaced are used by frontline services and have reached the end of their 5-year contract hire. Not to replace the vehicles will lead to increased down time for breakdown and repairs.
