To enable the provision to supply 760 trees funded by the Essex County Council Tree Initiative grant from the Government under the Urban Tree Challenge Fund.

Alternative options considered:

To not accept entering into contract with Original Landscape Design but this would mean TDC would lose the opportunity to plant trees within this financial year following a tender process.
