To agree to the grant of a new Lease in
respect of the Art Kiosk, at the request of the current
tenant.
To agree terms for a new lease in respect of
the Art Kiosk, Lower Promenade, Marine Parade West,
Clacton-on-Sea.
Option 1 - To agree to the grant of a new
Lease.
Option 2 - To find a new tenant. This option would temporarily make
the Council responsible for all maintenance and would put a
temporary stop to the current revenue income received, until a new
tenant has taken on a lease over the building.
Option 3 - To not renew the lease and leave the building vacant:
this option would have the same implications as Option 2, except
the stop to the current revenue income would be permanent, as well
as the Council being responsible for all maintenance.
