| Decision :- | (a) Subject to Cabinet’s further decision on terms later in this meeting, Cabinet approved, in principle, the acquisition of the site identified in item B.1 of the Report of the Portfolio Holder for Regeneration, Inward Investment and Asset Management for the purposes of development and providing housing by the Council; and (b) Subject to (a) above, Cabinet authorised the Corporate Director (Corporate Services) and Corporate Director (Life Opportunities), in consultation with the Leader of the Council, the Council’s Section 151 Officer and the Council’s Monitoring Officer to complete the acquisition of the site on terms set out in the report and on such other terms and conditions that they considered appropriate. |
