Decision :- | (a) That the 2014/15 Scale of Charges shown in Appendix B of Report A11 was approved; (b) That the level of rents for 2014/15 was approved in accordance with the existing rent setting policy based on an increase in the average rent of 5.47% with no tenant bearing an increase of more than the limit set out within the rent setting policy of RPI (3.2%) + 0.5% plus £2.00 per week; (c) That the Housing Revenue Account revised estimates for 2013/14 and original estimates for 2014/15 as set out in Appendix A of report A.11, along with the HRA Capital Programme set out in Appendix C, was approved; and (d) That, in respect of 2013/14, the corporate financial system be amended accordingly to reflect those changes along with any amendments arising from revised financial reporting requirements. |
