| Decision :- | (a) That Cabinet agrees, in principle, to the granting of a new seven year lease to the Harwich Town Sailing Club based on existing terms and market rent. (b) That the final agreement of terms be delegated to the Finance and Asset Management Portfolio Holder. (c) That, subject to (b) above, the Head of Resource Management be authorised to enter into a lease to the Club on those terms and such other terms that she considers appropriate. (d) That Officers investigate and resolve issues brought to the Council’s attention by residents regarding the alleged misuse of the public promenade by boat owners. |
