| Decision :- | (a) That where there are major applications which are generating sufficient local interest, if the Town or Parish Council request a planning officer attend a meeting every effort should be made to assist the Town or Parish Council. (b) That in preparing the training programme on planning matters with the Essex Association of Local Councils and the Tendring District Association of Local Councils consideration is given to training events taking place both during the day and in the evening whenever possible. |
