Let the building on a short term basis on the proviso that the Council would not spend any money on the structure but close the building when necessary. 3. Let the building on condition that the new tenant addressed all of the repairing issues. 4. Carry out immediate structural repairs and let the building with the tenant picking up other refurbishment issues. 5. Fully refurbish the building before letting it to a new tenant. 6. Renew the building before letting it to a new tenant. 7. Demolish the building and provide additional parking on the site. |
