| Decision :- | (a) That CAROS be amended so that, from 1 April 2015, all organisations participating in the scheme receive a grant such that their net payment is 25% of their open market rental or £500 whichever is the greater; (b) That Officers be requested to prepare a policy and guidance on Community Asset Transfer for the January 2014 meeting of the Cabinet; and (c) That the potential transfer of Clacton Sport Club’s freehold be considered in parallel with the preparation of the Community Asset Transfer policy as above. |
