| Decision :- | (a) That the principle of joining a pool for non-domestic rates on the basis that no Authority was worse off in the pool than they would have been outside, was agreed; (b) That the Corporate Director (Corporate Services) undertook the necessary activities to support the development of an Essex wide pool in partnership with other Essex Local Authorities; and (c) That the Finance and Procurement Manager (S151 Officer), in consultation with the Leader was authorised to enter into an Essex NNDR Pooling agreement for 2014/15. |
