To seek authority to proceed with the formal naming of the roads currently under construction on land off Halstead Road, Kirby Cross, Essex.  (Phase 1).

Decision:

That the new roads (1st Phase) under construction at the development site - Land off Halstead Road, Kirby Cross, Essex, are named:- “Rye Way”, “Oatside”, “Wheatsheaf” and “Barley Road”.

Reasons for the decision:

A new development of 4 new roads and 49 new dwellings has commenced on the site at this location.
