To seek authority to proceed with the formal naming of the roads currently under construction on land off Ipswich Road, Ardleigh, Essex.  (Phase 2).

Decision:

That the new roads (2nd Phase, Avellana Place) under construction at the development site – Land off Ipswich Road, Ardleigh, Essex, are named :- “Bray Close”, “Barfoot Drive”, “Dudley Road”, “Widgery Way”, “Sanitsky Way”, “Herbert Way”, “Smith Way”, “Memorial Way”, “Cheeseman Drive” and “Jaggard Drive”.

Reasons for the decision:

A new development of 10 new roads and 120 new dwellings has commenced on the site at this location.
