That the new roads under construction at the development site – Land off Landermere Road, Thorpe-le-Soken, Essex, are named:- “Cattermole Way”, “Cross Way”, “Henderson Road”, “Ronson Drive”, “Chaplin Drive”, “Ellis Road”, “Viscount Way”, “Paolozzi Way”.
Reasons for the decision:
A development of 8 new roads and 98 new dwellings has commenced on the site at this location.
