To take over the open space and other facilities in accordance with the s106 agreement related to planning permission 14/00931/FULL

Alternative options considered:

Option 1 - Take over the open space in accordance with the legal agreement. Option 2 - Not take over the open space. Risk, any snagging items or work needing to be done will be scheduled for completion. Collateral warranties in respect of design and construction matters will be obtained where appropriate. Finance, The property is to be transferred for nil consideration. Legal. The Council is party to an existing legal agreement.
