Reasons for the decision:

Alph Legal Ltd.’s application met all eligibility criteria to submit a Full Application to the Fund. The application was thereupon put before the SME Growth Fund Panel. Two of the four votes returned were in favour of approval. The Corporate Director (Planning and Regeneration) cast the deciding vote in favour and so the grant was approved in full.
