Purpose:

Part 3, Schedule 3 - Responsibility for Executive Functions delegated to Officers paragraph 4.3(1) - the Deputy Chief Executive has delegated authority to discharge executive functions within his service areas (Part 3.38). Appendix A of the Council's Property Dealing Procedure (Part 5) provides levels of decision making and the Deputy Chief Executive is authorised to approve lease renewals.
