Hi Paul,
 
Following on from our conversation, please find a completed Exemption to Call In for your 
consideration, in relation to a decision to form the Clacton Board for the Long Term Plan for Towns 
project.  
 
I have provided all the information required in the attached form and I have included the full decision 
for your information if required. If you agree that an exemption to call in procedure can be applied in 
these circumstances, can you please let me know by return, so I can publish the decision prior to the 
Towns Board Meeting this afternoon.
 
Due to the timescales, a response to this email with your decision will be sufficient for me to publish if a 
signature cannot be secured in time.
